The event management team will provide a display space for the sponsor to use to promote their products. The sponsor will be responsible for staffing the displays, as well as related costs. We will arrange special meetings and receptions with the event sponsor and business and political dignitaries. In addition, the sponsor will be invited to attend various VIP gala banquets, receptions and parties throughout the event.
