Vladimir Lepisko opened LV Agency, Inc. in 1998 after working for five years with BBT as Coordinator. His inability to find a reliable marketing company dedicated to servicing corporate sponsors and developing marketing/sponsorship opportunities, together with his belief that many other companies must be having similar frustrations, led Vladimir to set up a firm that provided exactly what he had desired.
